URGENTLY REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

v  Ensures the business centre opened and closed on a timely basis.

v  Oversees staff duties and assists customer transactions during peak periods.

v  Keeps staff informed of pertinent changes in operational policy and procedures.

v  Prepares staff performance appraisals and disciplinary notices as required.

v  Ensures excellent customer service skills are practiced by all the staff members.

v  Understand and manage business operation performance to KPI targets and actual results;

v  Fluctuate business centre resources in line with capacity and performance targets;

Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.

Financial - Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.

Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.

Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.

Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.

Sales, Marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.

Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

v  Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Productivity throughout business operations;

v  Ensure that every member of the business centre team receives the proper safety training applicable to their position;

v  Work closely with the Business Development Manager or Managing Director to provide accurate business operation forecasts and performance reporting;

v  Liaising with other Heads of Departments (HOD), personnel in-charge and internal auditors to develop a control strategy for all business transactions; to ensure smooth running of day to day operations.

v  To ensure Daily Sales / Balancing Report submit to Head Office within required period for confirmation of receiving payment and for account reconciliation purpose.

v  Work to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience and escalate customer concerns as necessary;

v  Ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory procedures (e.g., Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud Prevention, etc.) by implementing and monitoring operational processes.

 

Requirements & Qualification:

v  Male/Female, minimum 35 years old;

v  Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed;

v  At least a Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Banking / Finance Management / Business Development or equivalent.

v  At least 10 years of working experience in related fields;

v Preferably Senior Operation Officer specializing in Banking / Finance Management /Business Development or equivalent.

v  This position requires risk analysis, critical thinking, and the ability to provide solutions to the benefit of the company and projects;

v  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational and time management skills;

v  Operationally focused; detailed oriented but able to grasp big picture;

v  Excellent people skills, able to manage, motivate and discipline if necessary;

v  Proficient with MS Excel & MS Word;

v  Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to lead by example;

v  Most importantly, any candidate must fit a company spirit where people work smart, play hard, have fun and are dedicated to success;

v The candidate will have a track record of proven leadership abilities (communication, relationship building, training & development, employment decisions);

v  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

v  Maintain a valid Driver’s License.
